I saw some guy on ACA a few weeks ago trying to hypnotize people by saying "The more you drink, th more you shrink" over and over again, I think it worked hee hee.
Does that mean I have to drink more too Deb, if I want to SHRINK!!! :O)

I saw that guy too Deb and went to his seminar down the Gold Coast last Saturday. I have been using his resources all week and feel like a different person!......Plus I have 1.8kgs in 5 days!!
Another mantra is "The more active I am the more fat I burn"......lovin' it!!
Oh boy you went to his seminar? Thats great stuff. He looked pretty interesting on ACA and he was preaching the right stuff.
I wish I had of gone too!
